Based on the principle of high performance continuous gradient alloy near netting technology, the company developed and launched the constituency laser melting gradient metal printing facility AFS-M120X, which will result in a change in the continuous gradient along the X-axis direction of two (or more) powder materials, with the Y-axis and the Z-axis remaining unchanged, the acquisition of continuous metal gradient materials with laser selective melting, and the manufacture of gradient alloys with custom ratio changes by changing the powdering agency. The horizontal gradient function is particularly appropriate for the performance research and development of composite metal materials; the powder supply system can achieve the exact availability of continuous gradients for two or more multi-metal materials; the horizontal gradient shift is available, reducing process complexity and saving powder raw materials and increasing R & D efficiency; the gradient change in the horizontal direction of the two materials can be achieved by preparing two full-scale change gradients; the formation precision is high and the gradient ratio on the manufacturing material can be macromarked; and the gradient alloys that can make custom ratio changes can be made by changing the powder storage institution.
